By signing up or using Dublin Fitness Studio facilities, you agree to the Terms & Conditions outlined below:

• Membership Access: Access is granted upon payment confirmation. Members receive a personal access code to enter the gym between 6:00 AM and 10:00 PM. This code is strictly personal and non-transferable. Sharing your code with others will result in immediate cancellation of your membership without refund.

• Payment & Renewal: Monthly memberships renew automatically using the payment method provided at sign-up. It is the member’s responsibility to ensure their payment details are up to date.

• Cancellation Policy: To cancel a monthly membership, at least 14 days’ notice via email is required before your next billing date. Email: hello@dublinfitness.ie

• Self-Service Facility: Dublin Fitness Studio operates on a self-service basis. Staff are not always present. Members are responsible for using all equipment correctly and safely. If unsure, please consult a qualified trainer before use.

• Personal Trainers: Memberships sold on this website do not include personal training services. If you wish to train with a personal trainer who uses our space, you must arrange and agree directly with them regarding their pricing, availability, and terms.

  If your personal trainer is not a resident trainer at Dublin Fitness Studio, they will be required to purchase a day pass in order to train with you at our facility.

• Sauna Access: Gym membership does not include sauna use. Sauna sessions must be booked and paid for separately via our website prior to your visit.

• Liability Waiver: Members use the gym at their own risk. Dublin Fitness Studio is not liable for any injury, accident, illness, theft, or damage. By accessing the facility, members accept full responsibility and waive all claims, except in cases of gross negligence or misconduct by the gym.

• House Rules: Please return all equipment after use, wipe down machines, and respect the space and fellow members. Disrespectful behaviour or misuse of the facility may result in suspension or termination of access.

• General Terms: Dublin Fitness Studio reserves the right to update rules, pricing, or access terms at any time. Notifications will be provided where applicable. Member data is processed in compliance with GDPR and used only for managing services.
